Pick up from the store

You can pick up your orders from our store without any shipping charges. In this case, you should first make sure that your order is ready to be delivered by seeing in the order progress report that it is in the 'Confirmed' stage and having selected the 'Pick up from the store' shipping method when submitting the order.

Via Courier

The orders of mallina-esorouxa.gr are sent through ELTA courier services and given that the ordered items are available. In case of unavailability of some of the items of the order, an informative e-mail is sent to the customer.

Every order up to 40.00€ and for shipping within Greece is charged with transport (shipping costs) 3.00€. For orders more than 40.00€ and for shipping within Greece, there is no shipping charge, regardless of the payment method.

Shipments are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We try to ship every order within 2-3 business days.
In any case, the management of mallina-esorouxa will check and then inform the customer by e-mail.
